Lane Hospitality Rebrands And Defines New Path For The Future

Lane Hospitality, one of the nation’s leading and most respected hotel and resort management companies, announces it is re-branding Lane as Spire Hospitality.

“This planned re-branding, coming out of our 2012 ownership change, effectively positions our company as a leading provider of third party management services for hotel owners and investors, building on our history as a successful owner operator over the past 30 years,” says Bill DeForrest, president and CEO of Spire Hospitality.

A “spire” signifies the peak of a building or process, and represents best-in-class and performance. Given the success of Lane Hospitality over the last thirty years, leadership felt the


name, “Spire Hospitality,” conveyed the right mix of the company’s legacy and future.

In addition to announcing its re-branding, Spire is launching a new website, as well as relocating its headquarters in the Northern suburbs of Chicago, to accommodate its ongoing growth and expansion.
