“This planned re-branding, coming out of our 2012 ownership change, effectively positions our company as a leading provider of third party management services for hotel owners and investors, building on our history as a successful owner operator over the past 30 years,” says Bill DeForrest, president and CEO of Spire Hospitality.

During the past three decades, investing in the hotel space and developing an owner focus on outstanding investment performance has positioned Spire’s team of talented professionals as strong operating partners for institutional investors and owners of hospitality real estate.
