Spire Hospitality and IHG today announced the completion of the Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites Midtown Atlanta hotel renovation. The property marks the first dual-branded property for the two IHG brands.

The 360-room Crowne Plaza Atlanta-Midtown is the first hotel to introduce the brand’s WorkLife guestroom. The room features an angled bed that doubles as a useable workspace, a multi-purpose nook for dining, relaxation and meetings, a work desk and integrated lighting. The hotel also includes 31,000 square feet (9,448.8 square meters) of meeting space spread across 17 rooms, the Sky Room featuring panoramic views of Atlanta and First and Next restaurants.

The 102-room Staybridge Suites Atlanta-Midtown is designed to provide guest accommodations for weeks or months at a time with spacious studio and one-bedroom suites. Guests have access to a complimentary daily hot breakfast buffet and evening reception, guest laundry room, fitness center, 24-hour business center, and an outdoor living room with a barbecue and fire pit.
