CHICAGO (July 11, 2014) – AWH Partners, LLC, a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm,  announces today the development of a Drago’s Seafood Restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi. Owned by AWH Partners, and managed by Spire Hospitality, Hilton Jackson Mississippi will serve as the location for Drago’s third restaurant, maintaining Hilton Hotels’ high standard for food quality while adding to the guest experience and dining options.

“The growing Jackson market presents an advantageous opportunity for Drago’s Seafood Restaurant,” says Tommy Cvitanovich, owner of Drago’s Seafood Restaurant. “We are enthusiastic to introduce our classic Louisiana flavor to new and loyal Jackson clientele.”

Across their national portfolio of hospitality assets, AWH Partners maintains a strong reputation of increasing value and improving operations in hotels and their food and beverage services.  The opportunity to develop a Drago’s Seafood Restaurant will create significant value and increase revenue for the hotel, while providing hotel guests and local customers with a growing and immensely popular regional dining experience.

First opened in 1969 by Drago and Klara Cvitanovich with humble intentions, Drago’s Seafood Restaurant operates as a family-oriented dining establishment, serving quality Louisiana-inspired seafood for a reasonable price. Drago’s Seafood Restaurant now has multiple locations and more than 300 employees who help to carry Drago’s unparalleled reputation in the restaurant industry forward.

The classic elegance and exemplary customer service of Hilton Jackson is enriched by tasteful accommodations, casual and fine dining options as well as 30,000 square feet of convention and conference space. Conveniently located in Mississippi’s state capitol at Interstate 55 and County Line Road, Hilton Jackson is only 13 miles from the Jackson-Evers International Airport and minutes from downtown Jackson.
